Melting damage repair
Repairing the melting of molds, inserts, and parts for die casting and low-pressure casting through build-up welding.
It contributes to improving the wear resistance during repairs of aluminum die casting and low-pressure casting molds, leading to longer mold life. We propose repairs tailored to customer needs using welding rods made from materials such as maraging steel and SKD61, as well as cobalt-free materials. For areas with a high frequency of symptom recurrence, we use welding wires designed for wear resistance to suggest longer mold life.
